Inception

Feasibility

We carry out feasibility studies to define the goals of each project, identify potential opportunities and constrains, specify the size and design criteria for each space and estimate construction cost.

Production Information

We undertake planning applications which we then submit to the local authority for permission taking into consideration all the requirements and guidelines, both local and national.

Building Regulations

Following Planning Approval, every project ( with few exceptions ) needs to go through a check from Building Control to ensure compliance with Legal Requirements & Regulations.

Construction Project Management

Construction Design and build

After obtaining the aforementioned approvals, we prepare for tender and price negotiation. This information can then be used by the Main Contractor and / or nominated Sub-Contractors over the construction stage.

When a building project starts on site, we can offer or clients the option of monitoring building works on site throughout duration of the project. This can include periodic site visits to ensure quality of work and compliance have been met.

We can also offer the option of continuing our collaboration with clients originally appointed us as their Principal Designer, by undertaking the actual construction works in relation to their project as the Principal Constractor. Our extensive experience in construction project management alongside our team of dedicated and skilled sub-constructors, can ensure that projects we take on as the Principal Constractor will be of great quality, delivered on time and be withing the allocated budget.
